Wakf ur Rashid Trust Scholarships 2023 at Peshawar Uni

The Wakf ur Rashid Trust is offering scholarships to students studying at the University of Peshawar and Khyber Medical College, in accordance with the wishes of Sardar Abdur Rashid and Begum Masuda Rashid. These scholarships aim to support deserving and meritorious students across various faculties to pursue their academic endeavors. Application Procedure and Deadline

Interested students can apply for the scholarships online by filling out the application form available online. The last date for application submission is July 10, 2023. This provides students with ample time to prepare and submit their applications.

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship Programme

The scholarship programme is exclusively available to full-time students, both existing and newly enrolled, at the University of Peshawar and Khyber Medical College. The criteria for eligibility are specified in the Trust Deed.

Allocation of Scholarships

The scholarship fund distribution will allocate fifty percent of the total scholarships to Khyber Medical College, with equal distribution among male and female students. Recipients of this scholarship will have the option to repay the scholarship amount to the Trust either in easy installments or as a lump sum within five years after completing their course of studies.

Focus Areas for Scholarship Utilization

Apart from the allocation to Khyber Medical College, the remaining scholarship fund will be directed towards post-graduate studies in the physical and life sciences, such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Astronomy. Additionally, a portion of the scholarship will be set aside for students pursuing studies in Islamiat.
