UHS Admissions 2025 Undergraduate Programs

The University of Health Sciences UHS, Lahore, is now accepting online applications for Fall 2025 undergraduate admissions to its on-campus programs at the Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku. Students with a passion for health and life sciences are encouraged to apply to one or more of the following degree programs:

 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

Have passed HSSC Pre-Medical or an equivalent qualification with at least 60% aggregate marks.

Must have appeared in the UHS Undergraduate Admission Test UGAT 2025 and scored at least 50% marks.

Merit will be determined based on the HSSC Pre-Medical Part-I result.

Biology: 25 MCQs

Chemistry: 25 MCQs

 Step-by-Step Guide for Online Application

Fill the Application Form:
Enter personal and academic information. Upload the required documents.

Select Your Programs:
You may apply to more than one program. Each application is considered independently and requires a separate processing fee.

Pay the Fees:

UGAT Fee: Rs. 3000/-

Admission Fee per program: Rs. 1000/-
Generate the challan and pay via online banking or designated branches.

Upload Paid Challan Slip:
Upload a clear image of the paid challan. No edits are allowed post-payment unless a new fee is submitted.

Verify Your Application:
Review all details carefully. Download a copy of your completed application for reference.

Final Submission:
Submit your application. You will receive a confirmation email. No changes can be made after final submission.

 Important Notes for Applicants
Incomplete applications or incorrect submissions will be rejected.

Required documents include:

CNIC or B-Form candidate and father

Recent passport-size photograph

SSC and HSSC Part-I result cards

Domicile certificate

All documents must be in JPG/PNG format, maximum size 1 MB per file.

Admission is provisional until submission of complete HSSC results Part I & II.

Candidates with foreign qualifications e.g., A-Level, 12th Grade must upload an equivalence certificate issued by IBCC.

No need to submit a printed application.

Admissions are strictly on an open merit basis.

Merit lists will be available on www.uhs.edu.pk.

 Program Selection and Fee Transfer Policy
A candidate may appear in multiple merit lists. Admission is confirmed only upon timely fee submission.

If admitted to one program and later selected for another, students may request a fee transfer by applying within the deadline.

Once transferred, the previous seat will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.
