Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jilani Institute of Medical Sciences, Gambat, Khairpur Mir’s Sindh, announces admissions for FCPS and MCPS training programs starting July 2025.

PAQJIMS Admissions Offered:

FCPS Level 1 4 years:
Anesthesia, General Surgery, General Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Diagnostic Radiology, Forensic Medicine, Physiology

FCPS Level 2 2 years:
Cardiac Surgery, Pulmonology, Clinical Pathology, Neurosurgery

FCPS Level 3 3 years:
Urology, Nephrology, Radiology

MCPS Level 2 2 years

Eligibility:

For Level 1, candidates must have 16 years of relevant education and have passed GAT General or the University admission test.

For Level 2, candidates must have completed 2 years of FCPS training in General Surgery or General Medicine and passed the IMM exam.

For Level 3, candidates must have cleared FCPS Part 1 in General Medicine.

For MCPS, candidates should have completed at least one year of house job and hold valid PMDC registration.

Admission Process:

Last date to submit applications: July 16, 2025

Interviews: Scheduled on July 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

Merit list announcement: July 26, 2025

Joining date for selected candidates: July 30, 2025

Second merit list: July 31, 2025

Application Requirements:

Submit completed form with educational certificates Matric, FSc, MBBS, detailed mark sheets, house job certificates, valid PMC registration, and FCPS-related recommendation letters where applicable.

Additional documents for Level 3 induction include CPSP recommendation letter, training certificates, BLS and IMM certificates.

Application Fee: Rs. 2,000 via demand draft payable to Director, Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jilani Institute of Medical Sciences.
