Private Schools Resume Classes from 15 August

All Pakistan Private Schools Associations has made the decision on Monday after the meeting with different associations and it was decided to reopen the classes in the private schools all over the country without getting the approval of the government. The schools are closed and the students have been sitting in their homes since March 14 due to COVID-19 and this situation affects the education of the students badly and they are lagging behind in their curriculum activities. The private schools also announced that it became difficult for them to keep their schools closed because bearing the expenses of the schools and paying the fee to the staff has been difficult for them. The private schools associations managed their meeting in Islamabad and followed by the joint press conference and it was announced that keeping the schools closed for them has become difficult and it also affects the educational activities of the students, who has been sitting in their homes for last four months. The federal government has already announced that the schools and colleges in the public and private sectors will reopen on 15 September but for the private schools, it is very late and they cannot afford to keep the schools closed for two more months.
