BISE Sargodha Certificate Verification Fee Increased

The Sargodha Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE Sargodha has introduced new rates for various certificate-related services, including verification, duplicates, and triplicates. The announcement was made through an official notice by Controller of Examinations Riaz Qadeer, following a Board of Governors BoG meeting on June 26, 2025.

Effective immediately, the certificate verification fee has been standardized:

Departmental and student verification: Rs. 2,000

Personal certificate verification within Pakistan: Rs. 3,500

In terms of document replacement:

Duplicate certificates: Rs. 5,000 ordinary, Rs. 6,000 urgent

Triplicate certificates: Rs. 12,000

Duplicate result cards: Rs. 2,000 ordinary, Rs. 3,000 urgent

This new fee structure is aimed at enhancing consistency and clarity in the board’s operational procedures. According to Controller Riaz Qadeer, the updated fees reflect current service delivery standards and will ensure smoother processing for applicants.

All students, alumni, and institutions dealing with the BISE Sargodha are advised to adhere to the new rates when applying for certificate-related services.
