PMC MDCAT Admissions 2021-2022 Merit Calculation Approval

Pakistan Medical Commission has granted the approval of the merit calculation for grant of admission to the medical colleges. The PMC MDCAT Admissions 2021-2022 Merit Calculation Approval was granted during a meeting, which was held on 25 June 2021 and the merit criteria was decided for determination of merit of the students, who want to get admission in the medical and dental colleges. The admission of the MBBS and BDS classes will be given to the candidates in the medical and dental colleges according to the government policy because of corona pandemic, the commission decided that elective subjects for MDCAT merit determination will be considered.

According to the new merit policy, the students, who have passed their FSc class annual exams 2021, they can apply on the basis of merit of last year and the federal education minister announced that the students of FSc will appear in the elective subjects only this year because the situation of COVID-19 is not satisfactory across the country. PMC has also issued the clear directives on the calculation of the merit and the students will read it and ensure its compliance.
