PMC Accords Approval Private Medical Colleges Fee Structure

Under the provision of new ‘Pakistan Medical Commission Ordinance’, PMC has granted the approval to the private medical and dental colleges to adjust their fee structure and increase the fee by 5% per annum. This new ordinance gives powers to private medical colleges across the country to charge fee on their own. Now the fee of the private medical college will increase and it will leave impact on the medical students. PMC Accords Approval Private Medical Colleges Fee Structure.

PMDC accorded their ordinance, Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Ordinance 2019 and it has stopped the unlimited increase of the fee issues and irregularity of the private medical colleges. The admission seeking students will have to pay the fee of Rs.200,000 to confirm their seat in the private medical and dental colleges and the admission committee will look after the affairs of admission, which will comprise of three members from PMC and two from private medical colleges. The private medical colleges are directed to submit their college fee structure by 20 October and PMC will accord final approval of the fee structure.
