The total fee for the entire program is Rs. 29,999 only. However, its noted that seats are limited, so interested candidates are encouraged to apply promptly.
Course Commencement
The inaugural class of the Certificate Course in Organ Transplant Coordination is scheduled to commence on April 19, 2024.
Application Process
Candidates interested in enrolling in the program must follow the prescribed application process, which includes the following steps:
Submission of applications at the Diary Section of Punjab Human Organ Transplantation Authority PHOTA, Head Office, located at 39-Shadman-1, near Shadman Market, Lahore. Application forms can be downloaded from the official or obtained directly from the Diary Section of PHOTA.
Submission of attested copies of relevant documents including updated CV, educational degrees/diplomas/certificates, provisional certificates/result cards, experience certificates, professional registration certificates if applicable, national identity card, domicile, and passport-sized photographs.
Payment of a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 1000/- in favor of the Director General/Administrator PHOTA Lahore.
Ensure all documents are complete and submitted before the closing date. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, and admission will be granted based on merit.
Applicants currently employed must apply through the proper channel, and those with foreign qualifications must submit HEC/PMDC equivalence certificates.
Candidates who have previously applied for the OTC course need not reapply.
The deadline for applications is March 8, 2024, and no applications will be accepted after this date.
