PEEF CM Merit Scholarship CMMS 2023 for PhD Studies

Pakistan Education Endowment Fund PEEF has recently announced the fully-funded Chief Minister Merit Scholarship CMMS 2023 for PhD studies in top 50 QS ranked universities of the world. Interested candidates can download the application forms from the PEEF website and submit them before the deadline of 14-04-2023. While students with Punjab domicile will be given preference, a special quota has also been allocated for students from other provinces including AJK, GB, erstwhile FATA, and Islamabad.

PEEF CM Merit scholarship CMMS 2023 for PhD Studies covers the following subject areas: Life sciences medicine, Social sciences/Arts & Humanities, Natural Sciences, and Engineering & Technology.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the CMMS, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Have a PhD admission offer from one of the top 50 QS ranked subject wise Universities of the world.


• Have a minimum of 60% marks throughout their academic career.


• Have a monthly family income including self, spouse, and parents, equal to or less than Rs.200,000.


• Be 35 years old or younger on 14 April 2023.


• Not have availed of a foreign scholarship in the past.

PEEF CM Merit Scholarship 2023:

• Secure admission in top 50 QS ranked universities of the world in preferred subject areas.


• Download the scholarship application form from the PEEF website.


• Submit the duly filled application form to PEEF within the due date.


• Note that the scholarship cannot be deferred to the next year.


• Permanent or regular faculty members of public sector teaching/educational institutes in Pakistan are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.


• The applicant is responsible for getting admission to the university and applying for a visa.


• PEEF reserves the right to reject the application or call off the whole selection process without mentioning any reason.
