KU Admission Entry Test Schedule 2024 for Various Programs

University of Karachi KU has released the entry test schedule for admissions into various programs including BE, BS, B.Ed Hons, DPT, and PharmD morning and evening. Eligible candidates, who have submitted their application forms, are now allowed to appear in the respective uok admission 2024 entry tests. Group 1: Entry Test for Pre-Engineering and Pre-Medical Students
Students who have completed their Intermediate in Pre-Engineering or Pre-Medical will be tested on six subjects, four of which are compulsory: English, General Knowledge, Chemistry, and Physics. The fifth subject will be optional, with Pre-Engineering students selecting Mathematics and Pre-Medical students choosing Biology. Each subject carries 20 marks, with the test totaling 100 questions.
Group 2: Entry Test for General Science Students
For students in the General Science stream, the entry test will include seven subjects, with English and General Knowledge being compulsory. Students will choose three subjects from the five optional subjects they studied during their Intermediate education. Each subject will have 20 questions, and students will be required to answer a total of 100 questions.
Group 3: Entry Test for DAE Students
Students who have completed a Diploma of Associate Engineering DAE will be tested on three subjects: English, General Knowledge, and a third subject from their DAE coursework. English and General Knowledge will each carry 20 marks, while the third subject will carry 60 marks, for a total of 100 marks.
Group 4: Entry Test for Home Economics Students
Students who passed their Intermediate Home Economics exams will be tested in three subjects: English, General Knowledge, and Home Economics. English and General Knowledge will each be worth 20 marks, while the Home Economics section will be worth 60 marks, for a total of 100 marks.
Group 5: Entry Test for Humanities Students
Humanities students will take an entry test with three compulsory subjects: English, General Knowledge, and three selected from a pool of 23 subjects. Each subject will have 20 marks, making a total of 100 questions in the test.
Group 6: Entry Test for Commerce and DBA Students
Students in the D.Com or DBA group will have a three-subject test. English and General Knowledge are compulsory, each worth 20 marks, while the third subject will be from their commerce studies, worth 60 marks. The total score for the test will be 100 marks, with all questions being compulsory.
