Hyderabad Board Extend SSC Part-I 2025 Registration Deadline

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Hyderabad Sindh, BISE Hyderabad has issued a significant update regarding the enrolment and registration process for the SSC Part-I Class-IX Annual Examination 2025. In response to requests from various educational institutions and stakeholders, the Hyderabad Board has extended the last date for submitting the registration fees, providing students and institutions with additional time to complete the enrolment process without penalty.
In continuation of the notification issued on October 3, 2024, the Board has extended the final date for fee submission to November 25, 2024. This extension allows students to submit their enrolment forms and fees on time, avoiding any late submission penalties. After this deadline, penalty fees will apply, as outlined in the official notification.
To complete the enrolment process, students must deposit their fees at designated banks. The required fees can be paid into the following account: United Bank Limited UBL account number 0413-303936082. It is important that the fee is deposited at any UBL branch within the jurisdiction of BISE Hyderabad Admissions 2024. This procedure is necessary for the timely processing of registration and the issuance of exam-related documents.
The fee structure varies depending on the type of institution and the student’s academic group. Public sector institutions are exempt from enrolment fees, and their students only need to pay a minimal online service charge. Students from private institutions, especially those in the science group, are required to pay Rs. 1,450, which includes both the enrolment fee and the online service charge. Students in the general group of private institutions must pay Rs. 2,850, which covers all associated costs.
For students who miss the November 25 deadline, the Board has outlined a penalty fee schedule. For late submissions between December 2 and December 9, 2024, a penalty of Rs. 500 will be charged. The penalty increases incrementally for later submissions, with Rs. 1,000 charged for submissions made between December 16 and December 23, 2024, and Rs. 1,500 for submissions made between December 30, 2024, and January 6, 2025. The penalty fee continues to rise for submissions made after January 6, with fees of Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 2,500 for later periods. If the enrolment form is submitted after February 10, 2025, a penalty fee of Rs. 3,000 will be charged.
Educational institutions affiliated with BISE Hyderabad are urged to ensure that they submit the enrolment forms and payment details promptly to avoid penalties. Heads of institutions must ensure that the data entered in the enrolment forms corresponds accurately with the entries in the School General Register SGR to prevent any discrepancies. To facilitate this process, the Board has implemented an auto-generated online challan system. This system allows institutions to deposit fees through their unique institutional ID, simplifying the procedure and saving time for both institutions and students.
The Board has emphasized the importance of adhering to the deadlines set in the notification, as timely submission ensures smooth participation in the Hyderabad Board SSC Part-I Annual Examination 2025 Schedule. Students and institutions are encouraged to complete the registration process well before the final deadlines to avoid unnecessary complications.
