FDE Takes Steps for Improvements of Schools in Islamabad

Federal Directorate of Education Islamabad has announced that FDE is going to take number of steps regarding improvement of the performance of the schools being located in Islamabad. The reforming initiatives are comprised of the audit of the schools from the year 2017 to 2021 for the distribution of cheques of the total amount of Rs.120 million to the families of bereaved employees, the introduction of blended e-learning program and start of the Learn Smart Classroom Program in 80 educational institutes.
The Director General of FDE has issued the directions to the schools to provide the detail of the vouchers, cashbooks, stock register and vehicle logbooks to the audit authorities. The audit authorities will inspect the fee charged during last four years with hostel fees and graduation funds. They will also check details of salaries of the employees, evening shifts and expenditure on vehicles and embezzlement in expenses, which are used in the model colleges. FDE has also issued the instructions to resolve the issues of the teaching and non-teaching staff off the public schools being located in Islamabad.
