ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023 Schedule UET Peshawar

Peshawar, University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar, has recently released the ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023 Schedule UET Peshawar. This test serves as a prerequisite for admission to Engineering programs offered by various Public and Private Sector Engineering Universities/Colleges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP. The Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency ETEA will conduct this centralized Engineering Entrance Test. Candidates interested in pursuing Engineering degrees from Private Sector institutions are also eligible to participate in this test.

Updated Procedure for Applying to ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023

To apply for the ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023, candidates are required to complete the online registration form available at https://etea.edu.pk. Each test requires a payment of Rs. 700/- per applicant non-refundable. Roll number slips will be issued one week prior to each test. Following the announcement of the Entrance Test Results, candidates must submit an online admission form as per the admission schedule specified by the respective universities.

Revised Eligibility Criteria for ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023

The eligibility criteria for appearing in the ETEA Engineering Entry Test 2023 are as follows:

• Intermediate Level:


• Candidates must have successfully passed the Intermediate examination in Pre-Engineering/Computer Science or Pre-Medical with additional Mathematics from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE in Pakistan, or an equivalent examination.


• A minimum of 60% unadjusted marks is required.


• The combination of subjects must include Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Computer Science.


• Diploma Holders:


• Candidates who have completed a three-year post-matric Diploma of Associate Engineer DAE or B-Tech exam are eligible.

A minimum of 60% unadjusted marks is required.

Pre-Medical:

Candidates who have passed the Intermediate Pre-Medical examination from a recognized Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education BISE in Pakistan, or an equivalent examination, are eligible.

• A minimum of 60% unadjusted marks is required.


• These candidates are eligible only for Bio-Engineering or Bio-Medical Engineering programs.


• Note: Result-awaited candidates are provisionally allowed to appear in the Entrance Test.

By implementing the policy decision of the Pakistan Engineering Council PEC, two separate entrance tests will be conducted, and the best result will be considered for admission. This ensures a fair and transparent process for selecting candidates for Engineering programs in KP Universities and Colleges.
