Educational Institutes in Punjab Going to Close in Nov

Punjab Government has made the announcement to close the educational institutes across the province of Punjab during the second week of November. The government has to make this decision due to increase in corona and smog in Punjab. Some cases of coronavirus are also reported in the educational institutes and these affected educational institutes were forced to close and the educational activities are also postponed. The meeting of National Coordination Committee for Corona is going to conduct and Prime Minister is chairing this meeting and the PM has shown his deep concerns on the increasing number of corona cases. On the advice of the federal government, Punjab government is going to close the educational institutes and December winter holidays will also be adjusted in these closing of schools. Federal government has also convened the conference of the inter provincial education ministers on 5 November and the education ministers of all four provinces will attend this conference and during this meeting, it will be decided to manage the class 8 annual exams or not.
