Admissions Open at GCCM for Class 8 and 11 Session 2024-25

Girls Cadet College Mardanis now accepting applications for its Class VIII 9th Entry and 4th Special Entry for 1st Year Pre-Engineering and Pre-Medical Groups for the year 2025. Eligibility Criteria

Class VIII 9th Entry:
Age: 12 to 14 years as of 1st April 2025.
Educational Requirement: Candidates must have passed Class VII at the time of admission. A hope certificate can be submitted if results are pending.

1st Year Pre-Engineering & Pre-Medical Groups:
Age: 15 to 17 years as of 1st April 2025.
Educational Requirement: Candidates must have passed Class IX with at least 70% marks and should have appeared in the Matric examination. A hope certificate from the Principal, stating that the candidate will secure at least 80% marks in SSC-II, must be attached. The DMC of Class IX is also required.

Medical Fitness:
Medical fitness is mandatory for all candidates applying to both categories.

Admission Quota on Reserved Seats
Seats are reserved as per the following quotas, with all seats filled strictly on merit and subject to passing the entry test:

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Including Merged Areas: 60%
Children of KP Civil Servants: 3%
Merged Districts: 5%
Children of Serving Employees of GCCM: 2%
Other Provinces and Special Areas of Pakistan Other than KP: 25%
Overseas Pakistanis: 5% 3% for KP & 2% for the rest of the provinces overseas

Entrance Test
The entrance test will be conducted at the current campus of Girls Cadet College, Nisatta Road, Mardan. The test dates are as follows:

Class VIII: 3rd November 2024
Class 1st Year: 2nd February 2025
Test Centre: Girls Cadet College, Nisatta Road, Mardan
Registration Fee: Rs. 2000.00

Prospectus & Admission Form
The prospectus can be obtained by post by sending a Bank Draft of Rs. 3000/- including postal charges in the name of the Principal, Girls Cadet College, Nisatta Road, Mardan. Alternatively, the prospectus, admission form, syllabus, and fee deposit slip can be downloaded from the College website www.gccm.edu.pk. For downloaded forms, candidates must attach the original fee deposit slip of Rs. 2000/-.
