75 Top Talent Scholarship 2023 in MS & PhD

On the National Celebrations of 75th independence anniversary of Pakistan, Pakistani Government is going to grant the scholarships to the talented students in MS and PhD programs to the Pakistan and AJK nationals. The candidates can view their 75 Top Talent Scholarship 2023 in MS & PhD. The government will award 35 MS and 40 PhD scholarships to the students so that they can study in the world top 25 universities QOS or Times Higher Education THE rankings only. The scholarships will be granted to such candidates, who will provide the proof of confirmed admission to desired universities and in the selected subjects only. The MS scholarship will be awarded for 2 years and for the PhD scholarships will be 4 years. The candidates will submit their application forms for grant of scholarship by the final date of 21 March 2023.

The candidates will read the eligibility criteria and they will have to sign an agreement with HEC that MS students will serve in Pakistan for 3 years and the PhD candidates will serve for period of 5 years in Pakistan after completion of their studies in the foreign universities. The candidates will have to forward their application forms online through HEC e-portal. The candidates will check the complete list of the 25 Top QS ranking and 25 top THE ranking universities all over the world.
