UHS MDCAT 2023 Exam Guide: Admit Card & Roll No Slips

If youre planning to take the Medical and Dental Colleges Admission Test MDCAT 2023 in Punjab, youll need to get your UHS MDCAT roll number slip. These slips are now available on the UHS website. To download yours, simply enter your name and the last four digits of your ID card or B-FORM. Its important to have a printed copy of your Admittance Card with your roll number and test center details. If youve registered for Punjab on the PM&DC Portal, visit the UHS website and click the "Download MDCAT-2023 Admittance Card" button. This option will be available starting from August 25, 2023. To access your Admittance Card, use your Full Name and the Last Four Digits of your ID CNIC/Passport/B-Form used for MDCAT-2023 registration.

Remember to print your Admittance Card on a plain, white, A4-size paper.

Preparation Before the Test

Before heading to the test center, make sure you know the correct address. Its crucial to leave behind the following items as they are not allowed and can result in removal from the center and cancellation of your paper:

Cell phones
Calculators
Books or notes
Weapons or arms
Bags
Electronic devices like smart watches and digital watches
Headphones and Bluetooth devices
Metallic pens and similar items

Test Day Schedule

On August 27, 2023, candidates should be at their respective test centers between 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. After 9:00 AM, entry wont be allowed. The test will start at 10:00 AM and finish at 1:30 PM.

Items You Must Bring

Make sure you bring the following items with you:
Your original CNIC/NICOP/JC/Passport/B-Form Photocopies arent accepted. Use the same document you used for MDCAT-2023 registration.
Printed Admittance Card from the University
A clean, transparent clipboard without any writing
Two blue ballpoint pens not pointers, markers, pencils, gel pens, ink pens, etc.
A 500ml transparent bottle of drinking water

Important Reminder

If you forget to bring your original CNIC/NICOP/JC/Passport/B-Form or your Admittance Card, you wont be allowed to take the test. No other documents are acceptable. There will be a physical search before you enter the test center. Remember, parents and relatives cant enter the test center due to security reasons, so they should you off and pick you up outside.
Please be aware that no arrangements will be made at the center to store your personal items. If youre found with any prohibited items, especially a mobile phone, it will be considered cheating, and appropriate actions will be taken.
