UGRAD Semester 2025 Exchange in USA

The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan USEFP has announced the Global UGRAD 2025 program, offering a unique opportunity for Pakistani students to experience a semester-long study exchange at universities in the United States. The UGRAD program is designed for Pakistani students enrolled at universities in Pakistan, providing them with a chance to immerse themselves in American academic and cultural life through a non-degree exchange program.
Eligible students for the UGRAD Semester Exchange in USA 2025 must be in their 14th year of formal education, which includes those enrolled in either a four-year bachelor’s program or a two-year bachelor’s program. The application deadline for the UGRAD 2025 program is September 25, 2024.
The UGRAD Grant covers several expenses, including:
Round trip airfare
Tuition and fees
Housing and meals
Limited allowance for books
Accidents and sickness coverage
Monthly allowance
Eligibility Criteria for the UGRAD 2025 Study Exchange Program include:
Pakistani citizenship
18-24 years of age
Currently enrolled in a college or university and committed to returning home after the program
Demonstrated leadership qualities and involvement in university and community activities
A strong interest in learning about the United States
High academic achievement
Proficiency in English
Students from diverse backgrounds, especially those with limited international travel experiences, are encouraged to apply.
Ineligibility includes applicants with dual U.S./Pakistani nationality or U.S. permanent residency, those with close family ties to U.S. citizens or permanent residents, employees of Fulbright, USAID, or HEC, and final-year students.
