The 55-Year-Old Pakistani Who Just Passed His Matric Exams!

Faiz-ul-Haq, a 55-year-old employee at Government Boys High School Nawaabad, Pishin, has passed the Matric Exams 2025 with 600 marks, earning a Second Division.
Faiz has served as a peon at the school for many years. Despite never having the chance to complete his education in his youth due to financial hardships, his passion for learning never died. With the consistent motivation of his schools teaching staff and colleagues, he finally registered for the matric exams — and passed.
Teachers and staff celebrated his success by presenting him with flower garlands and acknowledging his commitment to education and personal growth.
“I always wanted to study, but supporting my family came first. It was the encouragement of my school staff that reignited my passion,” said Faiz-ul-Haq.
His remarkable achievement has inspired both students and adults, proving that persistence, passion, and the right support system can make anything possible — regardless of age.
