Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority TEVTA is now accepting applications for first-year admission in the 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer DAE program for the academic session 2025–26.

Electrical Technology Morning Shift
Mechanical Technology Morning Shift
Civil Technology Morning Shift
Electronics Technology Morning Shift.
Information Technology Morning & Evening Shifts
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have passed Matric Science Group with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.
Admission is based strictly on merit, calculated from the above subjects.
Candidates failing in any subject are not eligible; admission will be canceled if discovered later.
Age Limit:
Morning Shift: Maximum 18 years relaxation up to 20 years
Evening Shift: Maximum 45 years
Hafiz-e-Quran and Intermediate pass students: Relaxation up to 4 years
Application Process
Submit completed application forms by Monday, August 30, 2025, by 4:00 PM.
Late or incomplete forms will not be accepted.
No call letters or interview messages will be issued; candidates must check the schedule themselves.
Documents Required Attach Copies with Form
Result cards for 9th & 10th class – 2 copies each
Applicants B-Form or CNIC – 2 copies
Father’s/Guardian’s CNIC – 2 copies
Domicile Certificate – 2 copies
Passport-size photographs – 6 total 1 pasted on form, 5 attached separately
Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate if applicable – 2 copies
Matric Certificate if issued – 2 copies
Medical Certificate for differently-abled students, verified by District Medical Board
Fee Details
Morning Shift: Rs. 2,719 annually
Evening Shift: Rs. 200 annually
Hostel charges and other fees will be collected as per schedule
Important Instructions
Original documents must be brought on the interview day for verification.
Candidates absent on interview day will forfeit their seat, which will be given to the next candidate on merit.
Once the roll number is issued, the selected technology and shift cannot be changed.
Medical fitness is mandatory for differently-abled candidates, with documentation from the District Medical Board.
