Eligibility Criteria:

For Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT, applicants are required to have a minimum of 60% marks in F.Sc Pre-Medical, and there is no age limit.
For BS Molecular Biology, a minimum of 50% marks in F.Sc Pre-Medical or its equivalent is necessary.
For BS Allied Health Sciences AHS, applicants should have a minimum of 50% marks in F.Sc Pre-Medical/ F.Sc MLT or equivalent, and there is no age limit.
B.S. Nursing Generic candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in F.Sc Pre-Medical, and the age limit is 14-35 years.
For B.Sc. Nursing Post R.N, candidates need to have completed Matric with Science Physics, Chemistry & Biology as main subjects or Matric with Arts as notified by HEC. They should also hold a diploma in Nursing Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council and have valid registration with Pakistan Nursing Council. Candidates working in any Government sector must provide a NOC from their respective departments.
Late Fee: For those submitting their applications with late fees Rs. 6,000/- non-refundable, the deadline is October 04, 2023 Wednesday.

Generate the fee slips and deposit the application processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- at any HBL bank/branch.
