Summer Vacations Announced for Schools & Colleges in AJK

Azad Kashmirs Education Department has officially declared the onset of summer vacations for all schools and colleges in the region. According to the departments announcement, both public and private educational institutions will be closed from June 10 until August 13. All schools and colleges are expected to resume classes on August 14. Institutions under the purview of the Higher Education Department will arrange special ceremonies to commemorate Independence Day on August 14.

Earlier, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, and Balochistan had also announced their summer vacations for schools and colleges. Punjabs break began earlier than scheduled due to high temperatures. Meanwhile, schools and colleges in Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are commencing their summer breaks today. Balochistan had initiated its summer vacation for educational institutions last month.
