Officials attribute the shutdown to the scarcity of female teachers, especially in remote locations. Many teachers are hesitant to work in such distant and underserved regions, and a limited pool of qualified local female educators has worsened the crisis. As a result, these schools have been unable to maintain operations, leaving students without a place to learn.
