Sindh Unveils 30,000 Scholarships for University Students

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has announced a new scholarship initiative, offering financial aid to 30,000 students enrolled in 30 universities across the province. The students can check the fresh updates that Sindh Unveils 30,000 Scholarships for University Students.
This program, launched in partnership with Google and Teach Valley, is designed to equip students with essential digital skills. The scholarships will cover the cost of Google Career Certificate courses, which can be completed online within three to six months.
Speaking at the launch event, CM Murad Ali Shah reaffirmed the provincial governments commitment to advancing digital education. He stressed the importance of providing students with globally recognized training to enhance their career prospects.
The program sets aside 30% of the scholarships for female students and prioritizes those from financially disadvantaged backgrounds. Additionally, scholarship recipients will receive a monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 1.6 million.
Punjab Establishes Honhaar Scholarship Help Desk
To support students, the Punjab government has introduced the ‘Honhaar Scholarship Help Desk,’ which provides assistance via WhatsApp, landline, and social media platforms. This initiative ensures quick responses to student inquiries and complaints.
Established under the directives of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the help desk is available from 9 AM to 5 PM.

CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif emphasized that students should concentrate on their education without financial worries, as the government is committed to covering their academic expenses. “Every student in Punjab is like my own child, and I want to provide them with every possible resource,” she stated.
