Punjab Medical & Nursing Colleges Winter Vacations Extended

The Specialized Health Department, Government of the Punjab has already announced the winter vacations in all medical and nursing colleges and institutes across the province and the educational institutes have been closed since 24 December 2022. Keeping in view the in temperature due to severe cold weather in Punjab, the government decided to extend the winter vacations in the medical and nursing colleges, which are located in the province. The School Education Department and Higher Education Department have already issued their notifications regarding extension in the winter vacations in the public and private schools and colleges. Now the educational institutes will be opened from 09 January 2023 after ending of the winter vacations. The medical and nursing colleges will resume their academic activities from 09 January 2023 after expiry of the winter vacations in the colleges.
