Interested candidates can obtain the prescribed admission form from the office of the academic coordinator at PIPOS by paying Rs 1500/- during working hours.
Candidates who download the form must submit it along with a payment of Rs 1500/- at the time of submission.
The payment should be deposited in PIPOS A/C No PK 07 NBP A1759003011697978 at NBP Hayatabad Township branch in favor of Pakistan Institute of Prosthetic & Orthotic Sciences.
