Pakistan Institute of Management Admission 2024

The Pakistan Institute of Management PIM, operating under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, has been serving the nation since 1954. PIM is now accepting admissions for its professional diploma programs for 2024. These programs are available in both online and on-campus formats, offering flexibility to meet diverse learning needs.

PIM Admissions 2024 offers Professional Diploma Programs in Lahore, covering areas like Procurement and Supply Chain Management and Healthcare and Lean Hospital Management.

The Procurement and Supply Chain Management program runs from 10 am to 4 pm. It includes comprehensive modules on the fundamentals and functions of supply chain, planning and demand integration, logistics and distribution network design, strategic procurement, and supply chain process models. Students will also learn about sourcing, supplier selection, performance management, legal and contractual management, management of internal and external stakeholders, technology infrastructure in supply chain, value chain mapping, and supply chain performance management.

The Healthcare and Lean Hospital Management program is scheduled for Saturdays from 5 pm to 8 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm. The curriculum covers health and healthcare systems, primary healthcare systems, future hospital models, functional adjacencies in hospital buildings, managing patient care and support services, quality assurance in hospitals, introducing LEAN in hospitals, procurement, supplies, and inventory management in hospitals, and eliminating waste.

The Chinese Language and Cultural Understanding program is conducted from 6 pm to 9 pm. It focuses on vocabulary and pronunciation used in daily lives, understanding of structural components and cognitive elements of the language, verbal communication, practical use of language, cultural dimensions of the language, varieties of the Chinese language, and closing business deals.
