OGDCL Talent Hunt with IBA Sukkur University

Oil and Gas Development Company Limited OGDCL has joined hands with IBA University Sukkur to offer fully funded scholarships to students across all provinces, including AJK. This initiative aims to provide talented youth with the opportunity to study at the prestigious “AACSB Accredited” University. A total of 340 students will be selected based on merit and financial need, allowing them to enroll in a foundation semester that covers subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Information and Communication Technology ICT. Programs Covered by the Scholarship

Students applying for undergraduate programs under this scholarship program can pursue degrees in various fields at IBA Sukkur. 1. Candidates seeking admission must have completed their intermediate Inter/FSc or A-levels from recognized institutions in 2022, 2023, or 2024.

Scholarship Benefits

Eligibility Requirements

BBA/BS/B.Ed Programs: Applicants must have completed their intermediate or FSc with at least 50% marks in their annual exams.

BE Electrical & Computer Systems Engineering: Applicants must have completed their FSc Pre-Engineering or Computer Science or A-levels in relevant subjects, or hold a 3-year DAE diploma, with a minimum of 60% marks.

BS Mathematics: Applicants for BS Mathematics must have passed FSc Pre-Engineering or Computer Science with at least 50% marks.

Application Process

Eligible candidates can apply for the above-mentioned programs starting from September 9, 2024. The application forms are available online, and the deadline for submission is November 4, 2024. The admission test for scholarship applicants will be held on November 17, 2024, with classes commencing in January 2025.
