About the Program
Lifestyle Medicine emphasizes prevention and treatment of chronic diseases by addressing key lifestyle factors. This 6-week certificate course provides a comprehensive overview of how nutrition, physical activity, , stress management, substance use, social connection, and gratitude contribute to overall health and wellness.

Participants will also explore concepts related to behavioral change, health communication, advocacy, public policy, and the social determinants of health, aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
