LUMS National Outreach Program 2024 Scholarship

Lahore University of Management Sciences LUMS is pleased to announce the commencement of registration for the National Outreach Program scholarship 2024. The National Outreach Program NOP at LUMS is tailored for academically adept yet financially constrained students aspiring to pursue education at esteemed universities. Through comprehensive summer coaching sessions, LUMS identifies talented individuals and extends full financial assistance, covering all associated costs.

Scholarship Overview:

Under NOP, LUMS has successfully granted scholarships to more than 1300 students, facilitating their educational journeys. After the rigorous coaching session, participants undergo the LUMS entry test, competing on merit for full scholarships in various 4-year undergraduate degree programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the LUMS NOP Scholarship 2024, students must meet the following criteria:

Attain a minimum of 80% marks in Matric or its equivalent in O-Levels.
Demonstrate financial need.

Application Process:

Prospective applicants should follow these steps to apply for the National Outreach Program:

Step 1 – Application Process:

Submit the online application on the LUMS website during the first year of Intermediate or A-Levels, two years before the intended start date of the undergraduate program at LUMS.

Step 2 – Summer Coaching Session:

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a two-week summer coaching session at LUMS, held during the summer holidays. All expenses, excluding travel, are covered by LUMS.

Step 3 – SAT Registration Fee:

LUMS covers the SAT registration fee for candidates who successfully complete the NOP Summer Coaching Session.

Step 4 – LUMS Admission Form:

Qualifying candidates from the NOP Summer Coaching Session are required to fill out an online application for admission to LUMS. Successful applicants become LUMS NOP Scholars.

Admission Test:

Candidates shortlisted based on their summer coaching session performance are directed to register for the SAT entrance exam. Admission status is communicated by the end of June-July each year. Meritorious applicants are then offered admission at LUMS and become eligible for the NOP scholarship.
