KU BA Law Part I & II Annual Exam 2023 Date Sheet 2024

The University of Karachi KU has officially released the BA Law Part I & II Annual Exams 2023 Date Sheet for students who will be sitting for their examinations in December 2024. According to the notification issued by the Karachi University Examination Department, the exams will start on 23rd December 2024 and conclude on 4th January 2025.


For students enrolled in BA Law Part I, the examinations will begin with English Compulsory on 23rd December 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The next exam will be Urdu/Natural Science, scheduled for 26th December 2024 at the same time. This will be followed by Political Science, which is set to take place on 30th December 2024. On 1st January 2025, students will appear for Introduction to Law, and the final exam for Part I, covering the Legal System in Pakistan, is scheduled for 3rd January 2025. This particular paper will be conducted from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, differing slightly in timing from the other exams.


For BA Law Part II students, the exams will start with Islamic Studies/Pakistan Studies/Ethical Behavior for non-Muslim students on 24th December 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The second exam will be English for Legal Studies, taking place on 26th December 2024. On 30th December 2024, students will sit for the Economics exam, and the next paper, covering the Law of Crimes which includes Pakistan Penal Code, General Principles of Criminal Law, and Hudood Law, is scheduled for 2nd January 2025. The final paper for Part II, on Obligations which covers Law of Torts and Law of Contract, will be held on 4th January 2025.


The University of Karachi Examination Department has also issued important guidelines for students. It is mandatory for all candidates to bring their Admit Card, Enrollment Card, and Computerized National Identity Card CNIC or College Identity Card to the examination hall. No changes in the examination centers will be allowed, and students must ensure they are aware of the exam timings and subjects. The university has made it clear that any form of unfair means or misconduct during the examinations will result in strict penalties, including disqualification for up to four years. Furthermore, communication devices such as mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.


This announcement serves as a critical reminder for all BA Law students of the University of Karachi to prepare thoroughly for their exams, adhering to the UOK Date Sheet 2024. Students are encouraged to keep track of any further updates or changes that may arise and to ensure they follow all the instructions provided by the university to ensure a smooth examination process.
