Ihtesham Ali, Advisor to the Chief Minister on Health, highlighted that this is the first paid internship program for BS Nursing graduates in KP. He stated that the growing demand for skilled nurses, following the launch of BS Nursing programs at PHSA-affiliated colleges, prompted the government to take immediate action and secure approval for the initiative.
