JSMU DPT Semester II Batch V Examination FormSubmission 2024
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has issued a notification regarding the submission of examination forms for the Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT Semester-II Batch-V 2023 Retake Examination 2024. This is an important announcement for all students enrolled in the DPT program at JSMU and its affiliated medical colleges.
Students are required to download the examination forms from the JSMU website and submit them along with the necessary documents and a paid voucher. The fee for JSMU students is Rs. 2500, while students from affiliated institutes need to pay Rs. 2000. The forms must be submitted to the respective departments by August 12, 2024. A late fee of Rs. 500 will be applicable from August 13, 2024, and no forms will be accepted after August 15, 2024.
The JSMU Fee Schedule 2024 has also been updated, and students are advised to check the latest fee structure on the university’s website. Timely submission of forms with accurate information is crucial to avoid any inconvenience.
