JSMU BSMT Sem VI Batch 2024 & YB Examination Form Sub 2024
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has issued an important notification regarding the submission of examination forms for BS Medical Technology students, Semester-VI, Batch-2024, and those who are year back.
Submission Deadline: All forms must be submitted by September 10, 2024. A late fee will apply for submissions made after this date, with a final deadline of September 12, 2024. No forms will be accepted beyond this final date.
Required Documents: Students are required to submit the following documents:
A copy of the enrollment card
Two recent photographs
The original paid fee voucher
Submission Process:
JSMU Students: Submit forms along with a paid voucher of Rs. 2500/- to the Student Affairs Department.
Affiliated Institutes: Submit forms with a fee of Rs. 2000/- to the focal person at their respective institutions.
