HEC Stops Two Years Master Degree Program in Pakistan

Islamabad, Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has made the announcement to stop the study in two years postgraduate programs. HEC is going to stop issuing of the two years master degree programs and the verification of the two years MA/MSc programs will not be verified from 03 December 2020. The students can get admission in the autumn semester 2020 for the last time and the heads of the educational institutes were asked by HEC and during the 31st meeting of HEC, it was decided to stop the two years MA/MSc degree programs and this information is shared to all universities and the higher learning institutes. Now the heads of the institutes are informed once again that they will ensure the implementation of this decision and they will share this news to their students through different resources including websites.
