Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has also witnessed 11 institutions facing scrutiny, while Azad Jammu and Kashmir AJK grapples with three fake universities.

Even the nations capital, Islamabad, has not escaped this educational malpractice, as two colleges, Islamabad Law College and Hurnkadah College of Visual Arts and Performing Arts, have been identified as illegal and counterfeit.
