HEC MS & PhD Top Talent Scholarships 2023 Pak Students

Higher Education Commission is going to initiate the 75 national top talent scholarship programs for the Pakistani and Azad Jammu and Kashmir students, who are getting education at the MS and PhD level. The candidates can get the latest updates regarding HEC MS & PhD Top Talent Scholarships 2023 Pak Students. The eligible and the talented students will submit their application for the award of scholarships by the final date of 21-03-2024.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be Pakistan or AJK national
Confirmed or unconditional admission in any of word 25 top ranked university
Candidates must have minimum qualification:

For MS scholarship: Candidates must have BS, BE or master or equivalent degree in respective program
For PhD scholarship: Candidates must have MS, ME or MPhil or equivalent degree in relevant field of study.

Candidates have maximum one 2nd division throughout academic career to final degree.
Candidates must have minimum CGPS 3.0 out of 4.0 or 3.75 out of 5.0 in semester system or 1st division in annual system.
Candidates must have maximum age on closing date of this scholarship forms submission
40 years for full time regular faculty members of public sector universities or degree awarding institutes / colleges and employees of public sector organization.
35 years for all other programs.
Candidates must not avail any other scholarship.

How to Apply

a.         The candidates will submit their application forms online via HEC e-portal.

b.         The candidates will pay the application processing fee of Rs.700/- in HBL Shalimar Recording Company Branch, Islamabad.

c.         The candidates will not send the printed copy of the online application forms and only selected candidates will provide the printed copy of the online application forms with other relevant documents.
The candidates will read the instructions and they should follow them while filling the application forms for award of scholarship and submit them online. The candidates will also pay the processing fee and provide the required documents in order to avail the scholarship.
