HEC Manages USAT test Schedule 2023 by ETC

Higher Education Commission of Pakistan is going to manage the undergraduate studies admission test for grant of admission at the undergraduate level studies in the HEC recognized universities across Pakistan. The students, who seek admission in the undergraduate programs in the universities in public and private sector, they can apply for admission and qualify Undergraduate Studies Admission Test, which is designed on the Scholastic Aptitude test pattern. The students will know that all disciplines including Medicine Allied Health, Engineering, IT, Management and Social Studies are covered under this test. This test will be conducted by Education Testing Council and the candidates will submit their application forms by the closing date of 17-01-2024 and USAT Tentative Test date is 28-01-2024.

USAT Versions to apply for based on academic streams

The candidates will know that the USAT test will be managed in the following six categories on the basis of relevant academic streams and the students are registered according to their relevant streams, which are:

USAT-E            Pre-Engineering
USAT-M           Pre-Medical
USAT-A            Arts & Humanities
USAT-CS          Computer Science
USAT-GS          General Science
USAT-Com       Commerce

Role of Universities

When the students apply for admission in the undergraduate programs in the universities, they will send the USAT test card according to the category and this card will be included in the weightage-based merit determining formula and the qualified students will get admission in that university.

How to Apply

The students will have to visit the link of HEC for online registration.
The applications, which are submitted in time, will be considered for USAT test and the incomplete application forms will not be entertained.
The students will have to deposit the fee of Rs.1750/- as the test fee through 1Link 1Bill invoice through the banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Easypaisa, Jazz cash and Upaisa.
Once the fee is deposited through 1Link 1 bill invoice payment service, you need to open or sign-in to mobile app and click on payment.

The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
