HEC Free MDCAT Coaching Classes Admissions 2024

The Higher Education Commission HEC, in collaboration with the United States Agency for International Development USAID, has announced an exceptional opportunity for aspiring medical students. The Free Coaching Classes for MDCAT-2024 are now available for students aiming for admission to medical universities in Pakistan. This initiative, part of the Talent Hunt Program, is funded under the USAID Merit and Needs Based Scholarship Program MNBSP. The program is designed to support male and female students from low-income backgrounds, offering them free entry test preparatory classes for the MDCAT 2024. The online portal is currently open for applications from eligible students.
To be eligible, students must be Pakistani or AJ&K nationals, belong to a low-income household, and have secured a minimum of 70% marks in FSc. Pre-medical Part - I & II. The shortlisting process will be based on HECs preset criteria, with selected candidates being notified via email or SMS. Notably, 50% of the quota is reserved for females, with preferential seats allocated for persons with different disabilities.
The program includes Rs. 1500 per day for meals and transportation, a MDCAT modelled test post-preparatory classes, and hostel facilities at selected centers. Coaching classes will be held in Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Quetta, Peshawar, and Tando Jam. Students can submit their applications through the online portal at https://talenthunt.hec.gov.pk. The last date for submission is June 10, 2024.
Special instructions include HEC Admissions 2024 not accepting incomplete applications and reserving the right to transfer eligible applicants to a nearby coaching center. Participation in the Talent Hunt Program does not guarantee admission or scholarships in any Pakistani medical college/university.
