The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education FBISE has released the schedule and guidelines for the Matric Tech 1st Annual Examination 2025. This examination, which is expected to start on February 18, 2025, marks a crucial opportunity for students to prove their academic mettle. Candidates are required to submit their admission forms online and pay the corresponding fees within the specified deadlines to ensure their participation.

For students planning to register for this examination, the Federal Board has outlined a detailed timeline for submitting admission forms. Candidates must complete their submission by December 9, 2024, to qualify for the normal fee structure. Late submissions will incur additional charges, with a double fee applied between December 10 and December 19, 2024. For those who miss this period, a triple fee can be paid up until December 31, 2024.

The fee structure varies depending on the candidate’s registration status. For regular and ex-candidates already registered under IBCC, the fee for either Part-I or Part-II is Rs. 2500, with a combined fee of Rs. 5000 for both parts. However, non-registered IBCC cases are subject to a higher fee of Rs. 4000 for each part, inclusive of a one-time Rs. 1500 registration charge. Students requiring corrections in roll number slips or deletions in admission forms will need to pay an additional fee of Rs. 2000.

Eligibility for the Matric Tech 1st Annual Examination 2025 extends to several categories of students. This includes candidates whose forms were canceled or not submitted for the 2024 examinations, those who were absent during the previous exams, and students aiming to improve their grades or marks. Candidates who had compartments in the 2024 exams are also eligible to appear this year. However, private candidates are not permitted to sit for the Matric Tech examination, making this a significant limitation for those who do not meet the eligibility criteria as regular or registered students.

The board has emphasized that students intending to appear for subjects involving practical examinations must also participate in the practicals unless their enrollment is limited to theoretical papers. Once the online admission forms are submitted, no further changes to the chosen subjects or groups will be allowed.

FBISE has provided multiple fee payment options for candidates. Payments can be made through Habib Bank Limited HBL, Muslim Commercial Bank MCB, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash. It is essential that the system-generated bank challan is deposited before completing the online form submission. For disabled candidates, wards of Shuhada, orphans, and prisoners, examination fees are waived upon submission of the required documentation.

Registered candidates can access their admission data through the FBISE portal and complete the process by verifying their details online. Non-registered candidates, on the other hand, must submit manual admission forms, duly attested by relevant authorities, along with the requisite documents and bank challan. Roll number slips will be made available for download directly from the FBISE website before the commencement of the examinations.

The FBISE has ensured that this process is streamlined for all eligible students. Institutions encountering technical difficulties during submission are encouraged to contact the board’s IT team during office hours. Candidates are advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines and deadlines to avoid any complications.

With the Federal Board Matric Tech 1st Annual Examination 2025 around the corner, timely preparation and prompt submission of forms will enable students to focus entirely on their studies. This comprehensive examination serves as a gateway for students to enhance their academic profiles and achieve their desired goals.
