Eligibility MBBS & BDS Admission 2018

Pakistan Medical and Dental Council declared the A-level students ineligible to get admission in the MBBS and BDS programs in the government and private medical and dental colleges across the country. PMDC will grant admission to the students in the MBBS and BDS programs on the foreign quota. A meeting was conducted by PMDC and it has informed about the new regulations, which has been notified that the students of A-level will be ineligible to get admission in the medical field.
PMDC has stated that the sub regulations (1) and (2) shows that the candidates holding permanent international nationality or dual nationality or overseas Pakistani students, who have passed their SSC and HSSC exams or equivalent exams from outside Pakistan during their stay in abroad and they have the certificate from the educational institute last attended. In the past, the students with A level qualification, they got admission in the private medical and dental colleges in Pakistan under 2018 PMDC regulations. The Pakistani national candidates, who passed their exams equivalent to inter class from the foreign university, foreign education system or examination body with three main subjects out of which Biology and Chemistry are must and these students will be eligible to appear in the entry test for MBBS and BDS programs.
