DUHS 2nd Year BSRT Semester-IV Retake Form & Fee Sub 2024

The Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi, through its Examinations Department, has issued a crucial notification, Ref No.: DUHS/EXM/2024-496, pertaining to the submission of examination forms and fees for the DUHS 2nd Year BSRT Semester-IV Retake Examination 2023 at the Dow Institute of Radiology, Ojha Campus. 

Failure or repeater candidates from this institution are hereby informed that the Examination Form Fee will be accepted until the 12th of March, 2024, exclusively at the respective college or institutes office.

It is imperative to note that the Examination Fee stands at RS. 5,000/-. To facilitate this process effectively, several important instructions have been laid out. Firstly, the respective college or institute is entrusted with the responsibility of receiving the forms, paid fee vouchers, and the requisite documents from eligible candidates.

Subsequently, these institutions are mandated to submit the collected forms to the Examinations Department at Dow University of Health Sciences within three days, accompanied by a comprehensive list of candidates who have fulfilled the necessary formalities.

Ensuring compliance with these instructions is crucial. Each candidates payment voucher for the examination fee must be enclosed with their respective form, along with a set of specified documents. These documents include a photocopy of the transcript of failure from the BSRT Semester-IV Exam 2023, a photocopy of the Enrolment Card, the original fee paid voucher, and the paid tuition fee voucher. Furthermore, any other relevant documents or information may be requested additionally as per the discretion of the authorities.
