DG Khan Board SSC and HSSC Exams Marks Improvement Policy

Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education DG Khan has introduced a revised policy for marks improvement exams for matric and intermediate classes. This policy empowers students dissatisfied with their current marks to enhance their scores, facilitating their admission into higher classes within their desired subjects. The students can note the complete updates of DG Khan Board SSC & HSSC Exams Marks Improvement Policy.
Extended Duration for Marks Improvement
The DG Khan board has extended the duration for marks improvement from 2 years to 4 years, allowing students ample time to seek improvement in their scores, provided they have not obtained a higher degree.
After successfully passing their intermediate exams, if two years have elapsed, students are required to submit an affidavit on stamp paper, confirming that they have not acquired any higher degree, Associate Degree, or its equivalent.
Online Submission of Admission Forms with Single Fee Schedule
Students aspiring to improve their marks in the upcoming exams can adhere to the schedule for submitting admission forms with a single fee payment.
Application forms can be submitted with the regular fee by the closing date of January 20, 2024.
Candidates can conveniently fill out the application forms online and must ensure to get the hard copy of their complete admission forms attested by any gazette officer. The attested forms can then be submitted to any branch of HBL within the boards jurisdiction by the given date.
This marks improvement policy reflects the commitment of DG Khan Board to provide students with the opportunity to enhance their academic achievements. Aspiring individuals are encouraged to follow the outlined procedures and timelines for a seamless marks improvement process.
