CUST Undergraduate & Graduate Fall Admissions Schedule 2025

The Capital University of Science & Technology CUST, Islamabad has officially announced the CUST Admissions 2025 schedule for its Undergraduate and Graduate Programs for the Fall 2025 semester. This is an excellent opportunity for students aspiring to pursue higher education at one of the leading institutions in the capital.

The admissions process will commence from Sunday, May 18th, 2025. The first Admission Test is scheduled for Thursday, June 19th, 2025. Candidates who pass this test will be offered admission. However, if seats remain available, subsequent tests will be conducted on the following dates:

July 10, 2025 Second Test

July 24, 2025 Third Test

August 07, 2025 Fourth Test

August 21, 2025 Fifth Test

August 28, 2025 Sixth Test

September 04, 2025 Seventh Test

Offer letters will be issued one day after each test, and candidates are required to submit their documents within one week. The last date to submit documents for PhD applicants, including HAT scores and Statement of Purpose, is Friday, September 5th, 2025.

The Fall 2025 semester at CUST will commence on Saturday, September 20th, 2025. The university has also provided a tuition fee refund policy with deadlines for full refund till September 29th, 80% till October 4th, 60% till October 9th, and 50% till October 19th, 2025. The second installment of fees for all programs is due by Friday, November 14th, 2025.

The CUST Merit List 2025 will be released after each test, based on the performance of candidates.
