CUST Spring 2025 Exam Guidelines Released

The Capital University of Science and Technology CUST has officially released the detailed Examination Instructions for Spring 2025, urging all students to follow the guidelines strictly for a smooth and fair examination process. These instructions apply to all enrolled students appearing for their CUST Final Exams Spring 2025.
Students must check their seating plan online by visiting the official website: Final Exam Seating Plan Spring 2025. The university emphasized that no physical seating plans will be displayed on campus. Additionally, exam slips are available via the Tasjeel portal, which can be downloaded for convenience, although they are not mandatory for exam entry.
A valid CUST University ID card is mandatory to enter the examination hall. Students with expired or lost ID cards are advised to obtain a permission slip from the Registration Office in E-Block well before the exam day.
Timeliness is critical—students must reach their respective examination halls at least five minutes before the exam begins. Doors will be locked promptly at the scheduled time, and late entries will only be allowed with prior authorization from the exam office.
Strict disciplinary measures will be enforced regarding academic integrity. Cheating, communication between students, or possessing unauthorized materials like books, notes, or electronic devices—including mobile phones and smartwatches—is strictly prohibited. CCTV surveillance will be active throughout the exam period to ensure adherence to guidelines.
All students are advised to account for any possible traffic or route restrictions to avoid delays. The CUST Spring 2025 Exams reflect the university’s commitment to academic discipline and fairness.
