Cambridge Announces Grading of O & A Level Students

Cambridge Assessment International Education decided to grade the students at O & A levels in the annual exams being conducted in May and June. The O & A levels exams were going to conduct during these two months but due to outbreak of coronavirus across the country, the educational institutes are closed and all exams are cancelled in order to ensure the safety of the students and the CAIE is going to grade the students after consulting with the schools.
Now CAIE will assess the knowledge and understanding of all students and they will also consider the preparations of the students for the coming May and June exams, which will be carried out in fair and impartial manner. The educational body will provide all necessary and optimum support to the students at the time of making decision of their promotion to the next higher classes.
CAIE was going to going to manage the annual exams but due to outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic across the country, the CAIE announced the cancellation of all exams on 23 March and now it is decided to grade all students based on their education, which they have got during the year in their respective courses.
