Baluchistan Education Department Postpones Annual Exams

Quetta, Baluchistan Education Department has postponed the annual exams of all classes due to resurgence of the second wave of the COVID-19 in the country. The education department said that the annual exams of class 1 to class 7 are usually conducted at the end of November each year and Baluchistan Assessment and Examination Commission manages the middle class annual exams at the end of December and now all these exams are postponed because of the spreading of coronavirus across the province and it is decided that all these exams will be held from 10th March 2021. .

It was also decided that the class VIII annual exams of this year will be held by the schools themselves but the BAEC will issue the certificate of the middle standard exams to the students this year. Soon after announcement of the grade 8 annual exams result, the new academic year will be started.
