Baltistan University Exams Policy amid COVID-19 Pandemic

As the Coronavirus pandemic is spreading in the country and the universities are providing the online education to the students and they are also adopting their strategies to conduct the semester exams of the students amid this pandemic. University of Baltistan has announced its exams policy first of all 200 public and private universities, which was participated in the committee meeting, which was conducted through the video conferencing. Baltistan University has announced that the varsity will adopt the SOPs and the social distancing in the university during the academic activities and the exams process. The university has started the software of LMS to provide the online education to the students so that they can complete their education by attending their classes online and they can complete their spring semester syllabus. The university has presented their exams and assessment policy for spring semester 2020. It is further added that the assessment of the mid-term exams, which is added with quizzes, case studies, online viva voce, projects and presentations and they will be completed online latest by 10 June 2020. The university will also announce its admission policy for the students for the fall semester 2020 during the months of June and July.

The 4th meeting was held through the video conferencing and in this meeting, the matters regarding the admission, online education, academic quality and exams policies were discussed and the it was decided that in the next meeting in next week, each university will present its own exams and admission policy.
