The Pakistan Forest Institute Peshawar Admission Open for BS Forestry Degree Program 2024

The Pakistan Forest Institute Peshawar invites applications for admission to the BS Forestry Degree Program for the session 2024-2028. This program is open to eligible, physically and mentally fit male and female candidates from all provinces of Pakistan, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan. The admission is offered on a self-finance basis, with a limited number of seats available.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualifications:
Matric Science: Minimum 2nd Division
F.Sc. Pre-medical / Pre-engineering or Equivalent: Minimum 2nd Division
Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for applicants is 22 years as of the closing date for applications.

Application Process
Prospectus and Application Form: The prospectus for admission can be obtained from the office of the Director, Forest Education, upon cash payment of Rs. 1000. Alternatively, it can be requested by post through a bank draft of Rs. 1200.

Submission Deadline:
The last date to submit the completed application form is September 2, 2024. Applications must be complete in all respects.

Registration and Entry Test
All interested candidates must register with both the National Testing Service NTS and the Pakistan Forest Institute PFI, Peshawar, by September 2, 2024. The entry test details will be announced by the NTS on their official website www.nts.org.pk. Candidates are advised to regularly check the NTS website for updates.

Selection Process
Only candidates who pass the entry test and meet the admission criteria, as outlined in the prospectus, will be invited for the final interview and physical test at the Pakistan Forest Institute, Peshawar.

Important Notes
Provisional Applications: Students who are awaiting their F.Sc. results may apply on a provisional basis.
