TEVTA Admissions 2025 Courses

TEVTA  are open Admissions for the 1st year of the Diploma of Associate Engineering DAE for the academic session 2025–26. Eligible candidates can apply based on their Matric Science results or result awaiting status.

The following disciplines are available in both morning and evening shifts:

Civil Technology

Electrical Technology

Mechanical Technology

Chemical Technology

Electronics Technology

Textile Technology Printing & Dyeing

 Eligibility Criteria

Students with Matric Science or awaiting results are eligible.

Applicants from all districts of Punjab and Islamabad are welcome.

Admissions are granted on open merit.

Special quota seats are available for:

Azad Jammu & Kashmir

Gilgit-Baltistan

Minorities

Disabled Persons

Candidates from other provinces

 Merit Consideration

Merit will be calculated based on Matriculation marks in:

Physics

Chemistry

English

Additional 20 marks will be granted to:

Hafiz-e-Quran

Students of vocational/industrial arts

 Required Documents
Applicants must attach the following documents with their admission form:

Matric result card or provisional result if awaiting

CNIC or B-Form student and parent/guardian

Domicile certificate

2 recent passport-size photographs

Hafiz-e-Quran certificate if applicable

Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be processed.

Age Limit Policy

Morning Shift: Maximum age is 19 years up to 2-year relaxation allowed with Principal’s approval

Evening Shift: Maximum age is 45 years

Hafiz-e-Quran or Intermediate Pass: Up to 4-year relaxation

Disabled applicants must provide a certificate from the District Medical Board

 Fee Structure & Payment

Fee can be paid in easy annual installments

Selected candidates must deposit the first installment at their department to confirm admission

If a student fails Matric after provisional admission, fee will be refunded as per rules

Merit lists will be displayed based on seat availability on the following dates:

June 28

July 7, 14, 21, 28

August 4, 11, 16

Note: Merit lists will only be published for technologies with available seats.
